SHIPPING POLICY

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within 10 working days - (Return address can be found on contact us page). Under these circumstances the return postage will be paid by the customer. 

If incorrect goods are received we will act quickly to rectify your order, we would require you to send us the incorrect goods, and once received we will then send you the correct parts.
Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
